Dr. Niemah Nefertiti Royal is a community leader; parent; friend; mentor; humanitarian; and businesswoman who has contributed 15 years of her life building programs, implementing programs and advocating for people and youth in need. — Her life’s purpose is to serve people in need and contribute to the global healing of our planet.

She established WE ARE OUTSTANDING MOTIVATIONAL GOOD PEOPLE (We Are OMG) and The Global Love Campaign as a not-for-profit humanitarian organization to realize her vision of raising the vibration of planet earth by spreading more love and joy. Niemah Nefertiti strongly believes that by collectively joining our resources, energy, knowledge and power we can unite brothers and sisters globally. Under her wise leadership, We Are OMG and The Global LOVE Campaign our organization movement  is poised for swift growth, and will achieve its mission of providing resources to people in need around the world.

Uzomaka Obiocha

Uzomaka "The Oracle" Obiocha is a Brand, Business, and Financial Strategist who helps entrepreneurs, creatives, and humanitarians develop & grow their businesses in ways that resonate with their spirit, harmonizes with their beliefs, and fulfills their mission, vision and purpose. After nearly a decade as co-owner of Koncept Consulting Group and Non-Profit, MD (boutique consulting firms that catered to For-profit and Not-for-profit clientele), Uzomaka understands how an effective strategy can be used as a road map to success. Uzomaka has worked with clients from various industries including entertainment, non-profit, design, food, health care and fashion, including notable brands such as Timothy Oulton, Girls Inc., Homestories, & PUKU. She holds a BA in Finance from Georgia State University.

She is currently the Co-Founder and Managing Partner at We Are OMG. She has been very instrumental with maintaining We Are OMG’s  website, marketing material, program development and strategic planning. She is dedicated to assisting the cause however she can to ensure the success of all programs and projects of We Are OMG  .

Richard Lee

Richard Lee studied political science, receiving a degree in government public policy from the University of Baltimore, along with a business degree. His passion is to assist with global community building. He has established his calling and purpose by working alongside Niemah Nefertiti in her mission to create and implement programs for the women that are in need of education, empowerment, resources and community support. Richard Lee has donated his time and resources to assisting with We Are OMG’s mission.


 
 

Kingsly Kudjoe

Director of Foreign Affairs

Founder of Georgia Africa Foundation

Kingsley Cudjoe is a private business support specialist whose main aim is to connect investors and corporate institutions. He is the founder of Aencobra Entertainment which is mainly into Documentary/ Film Production and Events organizing. Kingsley has been able to build strong ties with top government officials and high business ranking personalities from Ghana. Currently Kingsly serves as We Are OMG’S Director Of Foreign Affairs.


London Campbell, 13

Youth Development Coordinator Assistant

London Campbell is a musician, Meideator, and artist with experience in Archive Of Our Own and Education from Waikiki School and SEEQS, to start. Going to schools that are all about sustainability, Mindfulness, and Mediation, they are equipped to help design and implement programs to help improve our understanding of children her age. Currently London is learning vital business and non-profit management skills under the direction of Niemah Nefertiti. She serves as the Youth Development Coordinator Assistant which allows her the opportunity to assist with coordinating meaningful activities for youth her age.


 
 

Greg Campbell

Cloud 7 Ent. Executive

Greg Langley is the founder and managing member of Langley Tax & Accounting, LLC since 1999. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting/Mathematics and twelve years Tax and Accounting experience as an IRS Revenue Agent conducting independent audits of small to mid-size corporations and individuals to ensure Federal income tax compliance with the Internal Revenue Code and Regulations.

Greg Langley is authorized to practice before the IRS as a Licensed Enroll Agent and have successfully negotiated numerous cases with IRS Group Managers and Appeals Officers. However, most of his leadership and managerial skills were developed prior to his Honorable Discharge as a United States Army Captain.


 
 

Kathleen Kaili

Youth Program Coordinator And Manager

Jeremai Cann is a Jamaican-born islander with experience in sustainable building, farming, alternative energy, and collaborative community development. A graduate of the University of Florida, he worked as a Pollution Control Inspector helping to protect and manage the natural resources of Miami-Dade County, Florida. He later moved to Atlanta, Georgia, to join the team at Southface Energy Institute (SEI) promoting sustainable homes, workplaces and communities through education, research, advocacy and technical assistance.

Volunteering to build homes with Habitat for Humanity and completing all the SEI professional courses available gave Jeremai a keen understanding of design and engineering of LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certified buildings. During this time, he gained more experience in alternative energy systems and organic agriculture. This led him to move to Oahu in 2004 where he served the community as an educator, farmer, builder, consultant, the LEAP (Learning Environmental Awareness Program) Director at The Green House in Honolulu and as the founder of Environmental Mechanical Engineering Solutions (EMES). After nine years, he moved to Hawaii Island to design and build his eco-sustainable farm. Currently, Jeremai constructs made-to-order tiny homes, provides sustainability workshops and offers consultation services to a broad range of clients.


Vahl Mills

Tour Guide Coordinator/Historian

My name is Val Mills. I am a retired firefighter from western US. Idaho born, Vietnam veteran. I have found that there are 4 things that people look for in a tour: (1 ) safety  (2) knowledge of the area you travel ( 3 ) history ( 4 ) Culture of local people. Our pledge to you is to make your choice  the best experience possible , true history,  weather about the Hawaiian islands, the culture, people, we give you the spirit of Aloha . Currently Vahl serves as our community tour guide and historian. He is very knowledgeable and loves the native Hawaiian culture. Vahl hires all natives Hawaiians to actually give youth tours so the youth can preserve the true Hawaiian Culture. He loves the spirit of Aloha and participates heavily in preserving the Aloha Culture.


Letrice Mitchelle

Youth Chef Extraordinaire

Creative artist Letrice “Leelu” Mitchell comes with 15 years experience communicating and designing community functions, platforms, and opportunities for growth through personal expression . With 20 years of customer service and client satisfaction, Leelu brings communication, detail and delicate artistry to every situation. Currently Leelu sits on the board of We Are OMG as our Youth Chef extraordinaire. She also sits on the board as a member at Unity Church of Oahu, and she is the President of Toastmasters Club Winners Circle II. Leelu Express continues to deliver unique and eloquent artistry through modalities such as music, cuisine, personal writings and performances. 


Anthony Keli’i Nance

Cloud 7 Entertainment Producer and Engineer

I started professionally in the music industry at the age of 18 in 1989. My career spans over 20 plus years of experience at the highest level with expertise in songwriting, music production, recording engineering, music publishing, artist and record label development, music marketing, owning and building recording studios.  I have had an incredible journey of dreams coming true but it wouldn’t be at all possible without the amazing teachers and mentors that gave me guidance along the way.  Today I have the opportunity to give back to young aspiring artists at my recording studio Kukuau Studios here in beautiful Hilo Hawaii.  I know first hand the importance of having a creative space where young artists can thrive, develop a voice and discover self. The future is bright with our youth having a community in which they can grow their wings and soar to their highest potential.  I am very inspired to be joining this collective with Cloud7 and OMG to create a place here in Hawaii  that will reverberate the powerful heritage of Aloha Pono into the future. Brenton Carter 20 years old is a self taught singer, song writer, producer and engineer he began teaching himself how to engineer his own vocals at home which lead to producing music and experimenting samples. Artist development played a huge role and still plays a huge role in his experience with music, songwriting, feeling and emotion of music. With over 200+ songs written and recorded as an artist he is more than an experienced song maker and writer. Having served on the youth council Of (We are Omg) for the last 5 years, A non profit organization, the health and wellness of you and the community is and always will be the forefront of his career.


Joshoua Fay

Director of Youth Activities

My name is Joshua Fay and I dream of living in a community that has a healthy and abundant culture of learning, and I am working through Academy LLC to make that vision a reality. Academy was developed from my background in ESL instruction, Special Ed, Applied Behavioral Analysis, residential work with at-risk youth, and Social Work. In addition to this I have mentorship from accomplished educators and support in development from Doctors of Education and Psychology. Academy is an educational service helping adolescents develop learning skills and knowledge with a healthy and fun framework. Academia is different from traditional public school programs in very key ways: Students are motivated by positive reinforcement, instead of punishment. Students learn at their own pace towards mastery, instead of being transmitted information to memorize. Students focus and communicate about growth made, instead of letter grades.


Jah Ra

Director of Operations

Jah Ra has a background in finance and macroeconomic analysis. He began his financial studies at a young age and has 7 years of experience trading the Financial markets. He caught up on the historical use cases of money, and applied his studies of Philosophy and Economics from Ohio State University to realize the core elements of stability within a seemingly chaotic system. He started his cryptocurrency studies by co-founding a blockchain consulting startup in 2017. Having gained valuable experience learning about distributed ledger technologies within healthcare, cultural preservation, media, and commerce Jah Ra went on to found Memora in 2021. He believes in securing personal private property and freedom for man to express and create in accordance with common law. Jah Ra is the Founder and CEO of Memora, an NFT technology company. Passionate about freedom of expression and preservation of private property for sovereign beings.


Alphonso Rivera 

CEO of Advanced Micro Resource, Digital Forensics and Teach Me Technology.

WE ARE OMG Director of Technology

Alphonso Rivera is founder and CEO of Advanced Micro Resource, Digital Forensics and Teach Me Technology. He is licensed by the Federal Communications Commission as a radio technician and was first licensed at the age of 14. He is a member of the American College of Forensic Examiners Institute. He holds several computer certifications and has managed several Information Technology education programs, including computer repair, Microsoft systems engineer, Microsoft certified professional, and web developer programs. He is an experienced forensic analyst and is a McAfee Institute Board Certified Forensic Trainer. He has provided technical training programs to several students throughout the state of California.

Mr. Rivera first started his business in 2000. Since then, he has pioneered technical training programs in four different cities and several school districts, serving elementary, middle, high school, and adult students. Alphonso is a Technical Education consultant to several local school districts. Teach Me Technology and Advanced Micro Resource received Small Business of the Year- State of California 34th Assembly District 2016, and Small Business of the Year – Bakersfield Chamber of Commerce 2017. 

His passion for technology spans over three decades with no end in sight.

I live in Paducah, Kentucky, and worked 43 years as a Chemical Operator in a Uranium enrichment plant, retired now. I started my spiritual path in 1971 in the Christian movement of the hippie era, and have been committed to studying and spiritual practices, spending lots of time in nature, and helping people, mainly addicts and people on hard times, for over fifty years now. I am honored to have been chosen to act as Spiritual Advisor and Sponsor Ambassador for the WeareOMG charitable organization. And l am looking forward to the service I can offer.
