Our Initiatives

The Global LOVE Campaign

is an ongoing good-will mission, to raise awareness and financial donations to provide solutions for global love and healing. This will be achieved by investing in educating the youth , building eco-sustainable communities, partnering with organizations and people that are devoted to the clean up of the oceans, lakes and rivers, agriculture programs, cutting edge technology, music programs and entrepreneurial programs.  Most important of all, we will bring awareness to people that would like to learn how to have a connection with their soul's purpose to foster true love of self so the true love of the planet can be actualized.

The Cultural Exchange Program

The Cultural Exchange Program seeks to be a platform which provides OMG’s goodwill ambassadors the opportunity to exchange cultural and education interactions, with the people of various impoverished countries around the world in which they serve. Empowering humanitarians with the network of knowledge, resources, and emotional support to bring forth the change we want to see in the world.

WEAREOMG TECHNOLOGY PROGRAM

Bridging The Global Digital Skills Gap - It has been estimated that as much as $11.5 trillion of cumulative GDP growth is at risk in G20 countries if the digital skills gap is not addressed (Source: Accenture. 2018. It’s Learning, Just Not as We Know It: How to Accelerate Skill Acquisition in the Age of Intelligent Technologies.) Rapid and widespread digitalization has changed the nature of work, and digital skills are now regarded as essential for the modern workforce. Employees need digital skills to work with new technologies and to keep up to date with rapid technological advancements. While the demand for digital skills is high, supply is low. Workforces do not always have the skills needed to manage digital transformation, and businesses often struggle to find talent for digital roles. This digital skills ‘gap’ has become even more apparent during the COVID-19 pandemic. As digitalization sped up to move many jobs online, the need for digital skills increased.

The decline from 3.12 million to 2.72 million unfilled job openings was reported in October by (ISC)², the world's largest nonprofit association of certified cybersecurity professionals, in its annual Cybersecurity Workforce Study.

In order to prepare our future workforce and fill this gap of technology skills, we must teach students how to be comfortable and creative with technology. The foundations for technical literacy is a constant for all individuals- we all build on a strong foundation of logical thought. WEAREOMG empowers our youths with key technological skills to use in their professional career. This class offers younger students a look at web design. Students enrolled in this course will create a website about their favorite things. This course will also teach students about internet safety as well as skills needed in the 21st century.

Students who complete this course will gain valuable certifications in the world of design, multimedia, and digital arts. This class features hands-on-instruction in a wide variety of multimedia tools. This class also teaches higher level thinking, problem solving, effective communication and gives students self-confidence to excel in other academic disciplines.

Your pledge will go towards teaching our youths valuable technology skills to prepare them for a memorable work experience.

Our Long Term Goals for our Technology Program involves establishing a globally appreciated Digital Knowledge Bank for all stakeholders of The WEAREOMG Network to participate in and expand their learning horizons. In doing so we will expand and give appreciation to our participating network of teachers, caregivers, and pillars of support essential for the evolution of humanity.

WEAREOMG CULINARY ARTS PROGRAM

Cooking activities for kids can help them develop confidence and skills naturally in the kitchen. Cooking together also can help your family commit to healthy habits that can last a lifetime. Our goals are to create a community safe space to explore their senses with food, expand the palates of “picky eaters”, promoting a sense of accomplishment with culinary arts, making healthy choices, kitchen safety and responsibility, sharing a loving environment, and build basic math, science and language skills.

The “Royal Table”, sits at the foot of King Kamehahameha’s kingdom. And our mission is to bring a sense of royalty back into our community by providing delicious cuisine infused with local and global flavors. We support our youth top chef initiatives where they will learn top techniques and the entrepreneurship skills that it takes to create and execute a successful restaurant business. The “Royal Table” will allow participating Youths to experience a two-week basic cooking class series for teens ages 13 to 18. Parents/guardians are encouraged to attend with their teen. Learn how to cook recipes using local and fresh ingredients. Participants also will learn kitchen safety, cooking skills and healthy eating. Families will receive a gift card to a local grocery store to offset grocery costs upon completion of all classes.
